My compliments to your staff. I interviewed
several companies before making a decision concerning Termidor treatment.
Your quote was actually higher than most, but I chose you because I liked
your contract and your Territory Manager, Gary McIntosh. I believe he's
honest and knowlegeable, and your contract is brief and to the point. The
other contracts would have required the intervention of an attorney. I am
also impressed with your technician, Jasper (didn't get his surname), who
was professional, pleasant and helpful. I asked him about some insects I
discovered in my shower stall. Jasper brought a few back to the your company
HQ, identified the species and called me back within the hour. I was very
impressed with his follow-up and appreciated his assistance. My parents have
been customers of Peninsular for many years and I can understand their
loyalty.
