Jacksonville.com holds an annual Bold City Best Award competition which gives the community the opportunity to nominate their favorite people, places and businesses in 135 categories, including auto services, cuisine and cocktails, homes and finance, health and well-being, home and professional services, things to do, and shopping. There are two phases: nominations and voting.
